Terms of Service

By browsing our catalog, requesting technical quotations, purchasing commercial or industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants, or signing Service Contracts with RO Store Kannada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please consult our engineering support team before placing an order.

• Price Validity: Written quotations issued for turnkey commercial and industrial RO plants are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
• Payment Milestones: Standard turnkey plant supply terms require an advance payment upon order confirmation, balance prior to dispatch or upon completion of on-site testing.
• Applicable Taxes: Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%) is applied on all commercial equipment, spare parts, and support services in accordance with Indian tax regulations.

We provide statewide delivery and installation services across all 31 districts of Karnataka:

All brand-new RO plants and high-pressure pumps carry a standard 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty against mechanical defects under standard operating parameters.

• Warranty Coverage: Covers high-pressure pump motor failure, panel board electrical components, and structural SS frame defects.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover consumable parts (micron filters, anti-scalant chemical, RO membranes fouled due to unapproved raw water TDS escalation or dry run damage).

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising from equipment sales or servicing shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
